The thing I noticed about this video (I've seen it many times and I find it really entertaining) is that there's no way to adjust the shims. Under the belt on the top pulley are a bunch of shims to adjust the thickness of it. When we changed mine, I had to take more than half the shims out to get it to touch the belt on both sides. Must be they made sure beforehand that both belts needed the same number of shims.
